Software Engineers with fluent C*C++ - Blackburn
Software Engineers with a minimum 2 years C++ programming experience required for leading provider of 16*32-bit embedded RISC microprocessor solutions in Blackburn. You must have a good Computer Science*Software Engineering degree, with 2+ years experience post graduation. You must also have experience of all aspects of the development life cycle, experience of Linux*UNIX development, and good experience of programming in a Multi-Threaded Environment. Experience of any of the following also an advantage: using Debuggers, ICE, Trace Port Analysers, or Logic Analysers; the GNU tool chain; Network programming; Agile programming methods; Microsoft Developer Studio; Qt programming. You will join an existing team of hardware and software engineers to implement highly efficient control*emulation and trace of CPUs. You will support existing designs and be responsible for new design solutions and their software interface. The role may require some overseas travel and interaction with customers. Good communication and inter-personal skills are essential, and you must have a strong customer focus.
